Return & Refund Policy
All orders are FINAL sale.
Meaning there is no refund on any and all products.
We only provide an exchange or refund if the product caused a skin reaction or is damaged upon receipt.
In the case where an order qualifies for an exchange or refund, Herbiome Skincare must be contacted by email with the following information included:
Reason for exchange or return request
Each and every exchange or return is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damages do not need to be returned, and replacements will be sent out.
All exchanges or refunds will be issued once the product is received by Herbiome Skincare using the same shipping packaging as the original order was sent in (please include all bubble wrap). If the item is damaged upon return we will contact you as to how we will move forward.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their exchange in Canada, and the United States.
You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange has been processed.
Herbiome Skincare reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not comply with the above-stated conditions.
All sales are in Canadian Dollars. You will always be charged in Canadian dollars.
Shipping in Canada per province.
We offer Free Shipping to Canada on all orders over $100 before tax; taxes are charged based on your province's tax.
All orders are shipped via UPS except for PO Box addresses those are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping Rates are based on UPS and Canada Post rates and what you select at checkout - Express, Priority, etc
Once your order leaves Herbiome's headquarters it is the customer's responsibility to track their order with UPS and Canada Post. Please contact Canada Post if you have any questions about your shipment.
Unclaimed, Stolen & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the customer, the customer must pay return shipping charges. We provide tracking numbers via email and/or via order status link on our homepage. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and be aware of its whereabouts.
Orders are fulfilled within 7 days of your order being placed. All orders are shipped every Monday to Friday. Please note that order processing may take sometime as our team is very small and we are small batch.
Damages During Shipping
If you receive you package and there are damages please email within 3 days of receipt with the following information: Name, order number what is damaged along with images of the damages. We will do our best to fix the issue immediately. Without images we can not do anything to support your claim.
The United States and International Shipping
Shipping Rates apply.
Any and all customs or import duties are chafed once the parcel reaches its destination. This chafe must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The Cure Skincare is not responsible for duties you are changed as these are out of our control.
